  • Urgent care technology platform Experity acquired Exdion Healthcare, which specializes in coding, billing, compliance, and RCM.
  • MitoSense and Aquila Health entered a strategic partnership to build AI-ready data infrastructure for mitochondrial medicine.
  • Sleep apnea device maker ResMed sold its software business, known as MatrixCare, to private equity firm Frazier Healthcare.
