Vandana Mahajan, Palliative Care Counselor, Cancer Counselor, Patient Advocate, and Cancer Survivor, shared a post by Lung Connect India Foundation on LinkedIn, adding:

“We are proud to share that Lung Connect India Foundation continues to strengthen its efforts as a leading lung cancer advocacy group in India and South East Asia.

Our recent podcast featuring Dr. Narjust Florez is a step forward in expanding awareness, fostering collaboration, and amplifying patient voices in the fight against lung cancer.

We sincerely thank Dr. Narjust Florez and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer for this meaningful opportunity.

We look forward to continued collaboration and building a stronger, united community.

Do listen to the podcast where Sanjeev Sharma and I talk about our journey, the unmet needs in lung cancer in India and our vision for the future. We strive to ensure that no one diagnosed with Lung cancer walks this difficult journey alone.”

Quoting Lung Connect India Foundation‘s post:

“Did you know that lung cancer care in India faces significant gaps in early diagnosis, access, and timely treatment?

In the recent episode of the podcast “Lung Cancer Considered”, Dr Narjust Florez is joined by Mr Sanjeev Sharma and Ms Vandana Mahajan to discuss how Lung Connect India Foundation supports patients through advocacy, navigation and community.

Together with International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, we are working to make lung cancer care more accessible, informed, and patient-centered. The podcast is live on four platforms and the relevant links are attached below.
