Easter Sale – 70% Off TipRanks

The latest announcement is out from G Mining Ventures ( (TSE:GMIN) ).

G Mining Ventures has agreed to acquire G2 Goldfields in an all-share transaction that consolidates their adjacent Oko West and Oko-Ghanie gold projects in Guyana into a single tier-one Oko Project. The combined operation is expected to become one of the largest and lowest-cost gold producers in the Americas, with potential average life-of-mine output of more than 500,000 ounces of gold per year and over C$1 billion in anticipated capital and operating synergies.

The deal enhances GMIN’s growth profile by leveraging its fully permitted Oko West project to accelerate permitting for Oko-Ghanie, while maintaining the target for first gold production in the second half of 2027. G2 shareholders will receive GMIN shares plus equity in a new explorer, G3 SpinCo, and benefit from a substantial premium and future upside via contingent value rights, while GMIN shareholders gain net asset value accretion and a strengthened district-scale position supported by robust liquidity and an undrawn US$350 million credit facility.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:GMIN) stock is a Hold with a C$55.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on G Mining Ventures stock, see the TSE:GMIN Stock Forecast page.
