Dodla Dairy Subsidiary HR Food Processing Allotted Land for New Manufacturing Unit in Bihar.
HR Food Processing Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dodla Dairy Limited, has been allotted 311,333 sq ft (7.15 acres) of land in the Dumaria industrial area of the Motipur cluster for setting up a dairy processing unit.
The land, located on Plot Nos. I.P.-26, I.P.-27 and I.P.-1, has been allotted by the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) on a 90-year lease.
The proposed facility will be used for manufacturing a range of dairy products, including milk, curd (dahi), paneer, lassi, butter, ghee, flavoured milk, milk sweets, and other related items.
The company said it has accepted the terms and conditions of the allotment and is currently completing the required formalities for acquisition of the land.
