CIMB Niaga weaves a winning story at Employee Experience Awards 2026, Indonesia

CIMB Niaga has been crowned Employee Experience Champion of the Year at the Employee Experience Awards 2026, Indonesia, earning recognition for its commitment to creating impactful, people-first workplace experiences.

Like the intricate craftsmanship celebrated through the evening’s theme of Nusantara Chic, the bank’s success was built on many thoughtfully woven initiatives. The organisation amassed eight gold, three silver, and one bronze trophy, earning the Overall Leadership and Overall Learning titles before capping off the night with the coveted win of the night.

The winners were announced at a gala held at The Westin Jakarta on Friday, 26 June 2026, where Indonesia’s HR community gathered to celebrate the organisations and teams shaping the future of work.

This second edition of the awards featured 32 categories across four key pillars:
