MAPFRE Re has appointed Mr Chaturbhuj Bansal as Head of its India branch, subject to regulatory approval.
Mr Bansal brings over 16 years of experience in the (re)insurance and reinsurance industry across underwriting and risk management, with a strong background in the Indian and APAC markets.
He will be based in the Gurjarat International Finance Tech city, India’s first operational international finance services centre.
