India will look to seal the two-match Test series when they take on Sri Lanka in the second and final Test at the Sinhalese Sports Club in Colombo from August 23 to 27. India currently lead the series 1-0 after securing a 165-run victory in the opening Test in Galle. Sri Lanka will now be aiming to bounce back on home soil and level the series.

Colombo weather forecast

Weather could play an important role in the second Test, with rain and thunderstorms a possibility during the five-day contest. Colombo is expected to experience mostly cloudy conditions with intermittent showers, while temperatures could hover around 30-31°C. The high humidity could also make conditions challenging for the players.
