Libyan Iron and Steel Company and the Export Development Authority signed a memorandum of understanding on Tuesday to establish a factory for fishing trawlers, as part of efforts to develop and localize marine industries in Libya.
The agreement was signed by Libyan Iron and Steel Company Chairman Mohamed Al-Faqih and Export Development Authority Chairman Mohamed Al-Hanqari.
