Top spot for our chief executive
HSJ (Health Service Journal), which is the leading publication for NHS policy and management, published its annual list of the top 50 chief executives earlier this month, with Birju in the number 1 spot.
The judging criteria covers the performance of the trust, including factors such as the National Staff Survey, the performance of the chief executive and their wider contribution.
This means that alongside being a huge achievement for Birju and her leadership, it also reflects the hard work of everyone across the organisation to deliver continued strong performance and a positive workplace culture.
