In the latest episode of Future Faces: The Young Professionals Podcast, listeners hear from Sophia Raja managing partner, at Yardley Wood Health Centre.  

Sophia holds an executive MBA from Arden University and works as an employer advisory board member.   

In this episode, Sophia talks about how she navigated losing her dad, dropping out of university to studying for an executive MBA at Arden University.  

She opens up about feeling the need to be resilient even in the darkest of times and revealed the mindset shifts that helped her navigate her loss. 

Throughout the episode, Sophia speaks about being honest with how you feel and to utilise workplace support. 

Sophia said: “It was a real pleasure to join the Future Faces podcast and share my MBA experience; an honest conversation about growth, stepping outside my comfort zone, and the opportunities that come with it. Thank you to the team for having me.”
