The Criterion Collection’s The Wes Anderson Archive: Ten Films, Twenty-Five Years won the top prize of Title of the Year at the annual Home Entertainment Media Play Awards. The 20-disc collection of 10 films spanning 25 years of director Wes Anderson’s career on both Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD disc also won Best Boxed Set.
This year’s Home Entertainment Media Play Awards honor the best packaged-media, digital and streaming releases of 2025. Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment was the top studio with 15 awards, which included HBO’s The Penguin: The Complete First Season winning TV on Disc of the Year and Best Drama, and Tom and Jerry: The Golden Era — 1940-1958 winning Blu-ray Disc of the Year, Fan-Favorite Title of the Year and Best Animation Release.
Best 4K Ultra HD Disc was given to Lionsgate Limited’s special edition of 2001’s Frailty, the psychological horror film directed by and starring Bill Paxton. It also won for Best Box Art.
