Jakarta, IO – Participants attend an Indonesian culinary training program organized by the West Jakarta Regional Job Training Center (PPKD) at the Tangki subdistrict office in Taman Sari, West Jakarta (May 12). The activity, held through the Mobile Training Unit (MTU) program, was joined by 10 PKK cadres from Tangki as part of efforts to improve community skills in the culinary field.
During the training, participants received both theoretical lessons and hands-on practice in preparing traditional Indonesian food and beverages. Throughout the program, they will learn and practice making 36 Indonesian dishes, including soto tangkar and tahu tek.

The culinary training runs from Apr. 28 to June 3 and is expected to provide participants with additional skills that could open opportunities for independent culinary businesses. (IO/Faisal Ramadhan)
