JAKARTA – City Vision launches its latest innovation in the outdoor media world, Iconic Thamrin, the latest large-format digital media platform designed to capture the attention of premium audiences in one of the most iconic and strategic points in Jakarta.

Iconic Thamrin, located at the Bundaran Hotel Indonesia (HI), presents an immersive visual experience with ultra-high-definition quality in the international standard out-of-home (OOH) media industry.

Equipped with 3D anamorphic technology and support for resolutions up to 8K, Iconic Thamrin allows brands to present content that feels more alive, dynamic and able to create visual illusions. Thus, it can naturally attract the attention of the audience.

Co-Founder & Co-CEO of City Vision Meyrick Sumantri said, Iconic Thamrin is a platform that is in tune with the rhythm of the city and becomes part of people’s daily experience.

“By combining iconic locations and innovative visual technology, we hope that Iconic Thamrin can bring new energy to the landscape of Jakarta City while opening up more opportunities for brands to connect with audiences in a more meaningful way,” said Meyrick at the launch of Iconic Thamrin at the HI roundabout area, Jakarta, Friday, June 26.

He added, with the quality of the display with a resolution of up to 8K, Iconic Thamrin not only increases the visibility of the message, but also presents more memorable and memorable moments.

“We see this development as an evolution of out-of-home media, where creativity, technology and audience experience can meet in one medium that is increasingly relevant to the needs of today’s brand communication,” he said.

In addition, Iconic Thamrin is also designed with high-definition visual quality, color sharpness, and composition placement in line with the architectural character of the Thamrin area.

“Its presence is not intended to dominate the city space, but rather to be part of an urban landscape that continues to grow and enrich people’s interaction with public spaces,” he said.

Meanwhile, for the banking industry, the presence of Iconic Thamrin is believed to be able to build closeness with customers through spaces that have high meaning and visibility.

This was stated by CIMB Executive Vice President Amir Widjaya who was also present at the launch location.

“For the banking industry, building closeness with customers is not only done through digital services and channels, but also through a relevant presence in spaces that have high meaning and visibility,” he explained.

“Iconic locations such as Thamrin are meeting points for various segments of the community and economic actors, thus providing opportunities for brands to be closer and become part of the public conversation,” he continued.

The same thing was also conveyed by Hendra Purjaka as General Manager of Lifestyle LUXASIA Indonesia.

According to him, the presence of Iconic Thamrin can build brand perception and experience.

“Presence at premium and iconic points not only provides visibility, but also helps create aspirations and strengthen the positioning of a brand,” he explained.

Through the launch of Iconic Thamrin, City Vision strives to continue to bring media innovations that not only drive industry growth, but also contribute to shaping a more vibrant, connected and relevant city experience for the Indonesian people.
