A women-only studio that focuses on Pilates, aerial yoga, EMS and barre, Plume couples transformative workouts with wellness facilities that include an infrared sauna, ice bath and targeted massage therapies to assist recovery. Classes are available as membership packages or individual sessions, with one-on-one training also on offer with expert practitioners.

Located in a large villa on Al Wasl Road, Paus was founded by sisters Sophiya and Sarah Faizal to inject moments of calm into the city’s fast pace. Starting as a cafe in Umm Suqeim, the concept recently upsized, offering yoga, Pilates, sound healing, padel, salon treatments and strength training. There’s also a cafe and central courtyard, which plays host to community events. The spa, which is for ladies only, offers a number of treatments including massages, facials and infrared sauna experiences.
