JAKARTA – Bank Jakarta bagged seven awards at the 15th Infobank-Isentia Digital Brand Recognition 2025. One of the awards won was The Best Conventional Bank 2026 for the KBMI 2 category.

In addition to the best conventional bank category, Bank Jakarta also won the award for The Best Conventional Deposit Bank 2026, The Best E-Money Bank 2026 for the JakCard product, The Best Conventional Debit Card Bank 2026, The Best Conventional Mobile Banking Bank 2026, The Best Savings Conventional Bank 2026, to The 2nd Best Conventional Mortgage Bank 2026.

Bank Jakarta’s Technology and Operations Director Daniel Setiawan Subianto said the award was an indicator that the company’s digitalization steps were beginning to receive positive responses from customers.

“Full of gratitude, this award is a marker of the digital transformation steps taken by Bank Jakarta that are increasingly accepted by customers and the community,” said Daniel in his statement, Sunday, May 24.

According to him, changes in consumer behavior and technological developments make the banking industry required to move faster in providing relevant and easily accessible digital services.

“We are aware that expectations for Bank Jakarta continue to increase, therefore, there is no other option but to transform and innovate consistently,” said Daniel.

Bank Jakarta, he said, is now focusing on strengthening integrated digital infrastructure as well as developing service features that are closer to customer needs. One of the steps that have been taken is the launch of the Bank Jakarta VISA Debit Card in early 2026.

“Bank Jakarta continues to encourage innovation in digital banking products and services, including the launch of the Bank Jakarta VISA Debit Card in early 2026,” said Daniel.

Meanwhile, Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi said the award was inseparable from the company’s internal efforts to unite the development of technology with banking operational systems.

“This award is a reflection of the hard work of all Bank Jakarta people in integrating technology and operations that are well integrated. We are committed to continue strengthening our digital infrastructure to ensure faster, safer, and more reliable services for all customers,” concluded Arie.
