Jakarta, IO – From traditional batik to cutting-edge drone technology, six Indonesian manufacturers are showcasing the country’s innovation and creativity at INNOPROM 2026, one of Eurasia’s leading industrial trade fairs.
As the Official Partner Country at the event, held from July 6–9, 2026, in Yekaterinburg, Russia, Indonesia is highlighting a diverse range of products in the Specialty Manufacturing & Consumer Goods pavilion, including batik and batik-making machinery, geospatial survey services, drones, specialty coffee, home décor, and fashion and textile products.
“Indonesia’s manufacturing products are highly competitive in quality and innovation. They also offer added value rooted in creativity, sustainability, and a strong cultural identity. INNOPROM 2026 is expected to create more opportunities for industrial collaboration, trade, and investment with international partners,” said Indonesian Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita on Tuesday, July 8.
He noted that Indonesia’s participation in INNOPROM 2026 is a strategic effort to expand market access while strengthening the country’s manufacturing presence across the Eurasian region.
The Eurasian market is an increasingly attractive export destination for Indonesian manufacturers. Recent shifts in Russia’s market dynamics have created greater opportunities for high-quality products from partner countries. This momentum is further supported by the Indonesia–Eurasian Economic Union Free Trade Agreement (I-EAEU FTA), which grants preferential tariffs for a wide range of Indonesian exports, including textiles, furniture, and handicrafts.
One potentially growing sector is furniture and handicrafts. Russia’s household furniture market was valued at approximately US$12.8 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow at an average annual rate of 5.4 percent through 2032. Rising demand for premium products, personalized designs, and environmentally friendly materials aligns well with Indonesian furniture and craft manufacturers.
To seize these opportunities, Indonesia has brought six companies representing high-potential manufacturing subsectors that reflect innovation, technology, and rich cultural heritage into high-value products.
The participating companies are CV Batik Teknologi Indonesia, showcasing batik and batik-making machinery; PT Techno GIS Indonesia, offering geospatial survey services; PT Karya Solusi Angkasa, featuring drone technology; PT Nestra Kottama Indonesia, presenting specialty coffee; PT Khadija Kriya Abadi, exhibiting home décor products; and Apikmen Tandangawe Sempurno, showcasing fashion and textile products.
