WOW Group has strengthened its digital marketing capabilities through the strategic merger of MediaScience and Eden, combining performance marketing, media, influencer marketing, and culture-driven communications into a single integrated offering. The merger consolidates a client portfolio that includes Kalbe Nutritionals, Visa, Greenfields, Blackmores and Telkomsel

The merger comes as brands increasingly seek end-to-end marketing solutions that deliver both cultural relevance and measurable business results. By bringing together MediaScience’s expertise in media planning, media buying, and performance marketing with Eden’s strengths in influencer marketing, campaign strategy, and digital communications, WOW Group is creating a stronger platform to help brands navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape.

The combination also unites a portfolio of category leaders and global brands across telecommunications, FMCG, financial services, healthcare, nutrition, and e-commerce, including Visa, Greenfields, Blackmores, Kalbe Group, Telkomsel, Morinaga, Hydro Coco, Extra Joss, Kusuka, Indocafé, and Perfetti Van Melle. The transaction marks one of the most significant mergers between two locally-grown Indonesian digital agencies. The breadth of this client roster also underscores the growing confidence that leading brands place in Indonesian-owned agencies to deliver strategic, creative, and business impact at scale.

Founded in 2020, Eden has grown into a trusted digital agency serving more than 30 active brands. Over the past six years, the agency has generated more than US$15 million in billings while building partnerships with major brands including Lazada, Telkomsel, and Visa.

MediaScience, meanwhile, has emerged as one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing digital media agencies, recording nearly 500% growth since 2019. Together, the two agencies combine MediaScience’s scale and performance expertise with Eden’s influencer, content, and community capabilities.

A key differentiator for Eden is its direct-to-creator model, which provides brands with access to influencers without intermediaries, enabling more efficient and effective talent partnerships. This capability is supported by Influencer IQ, Eden’s proprietary influencer intelligence platform that helps brands identify, evaluate, and activate creators based on relevance, performance, and campaign impact.

Following the merger, Eden will continue to be led by Marcia Julia as Chief Executive Officer.

Throughout her career, Julia has spearheaded numerous viral and award-winning campaigns across FMCG, telecommunications, and major international events, including the Asian Games.

“Consumers move at the speed of culture, and brands need solutions that are not only creative but also measurable,” said Julia. “By bringing together influencer marketing, creativity, media, and performance under one ecosystem, we can help brands build stronger connections with audiences while driving sustainable business growth.”

“Beyond expanding capabilities, the merger reflects a broader ambition: to establish one of Indonesia’s most formidable local digital marketing groups,” said Julia.

By combining complementary strengths, technology, talent, and client portfolios, MediaScience and Eden are positioning themselves as a homegrown digital powerhouse capable of competing at the highest level while championing the growth of Indonesia’s local agency industry.
