Presidential Council head Mohammed Menfi has received an official invitation from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend the fourth India–Africa Forum Summit, set to take place in New Delhi at the end of May.
According to the Presidential Council, the invitation reflects efforts to strengthen Libya’s international engagement and expand cooperation with partners across Africa and Asia in support of development and strategic partnerships.
During the meeting, both sides also discussed enhancing bilateral relations and exploring broader cooperation in key sectors to advance mutual interests between Libya and India.
