Tile-based and extremely tactical, it’s the source of endless fascination for generations of Chinese people.
So, while based in the country for the first half of our pre-season tour, we took Marmoush to visit a local club and learn all about it.
As with most sportspeople when it comes to playing new games, the Egyptian took it in his stride and proved ultra competitive by the end of the afternoon.
