Dubai’s Naughty Pizza & Caia To Bring A 3-Week Italian Takeover With Pizza, Tiramisu & More!

Dubai’s food scene has officially entered its “carbs fix everything” era again. For the next three weeks, Dubai’s Naughty Pizza and Caia are teaming up for a limited-edition menu that honestly sounds like somebody ignored all self-control and simply said yes to everything. Pizza, fried pasta, tiramisu, truffle honey, coffee desserts, it’s all happening at once.

Dubai’s Favourite Pizza And Dessert Spots Just Created A Dangerous Collab

The collaboration runs from 6 to 27 June at Caia Café & Restaurant on Al Wasl Road, bringing together Naughty Pizza’s loud, comfort-heavy Italian food with Caia’s very polished dessert-and-coffee energy.

Some of the dishes sound like they were designed specifically for people emotionally attached to cheese.

There’s the Classic Arancine filled with meat ragu, green peas and provola cheese, alongside crispy homemade potato chips. Also on the menu is the Cacio e Pepe Frittatina, which is basically fried bucatini pasta covered in breadcrumbs because apparently normal pasta wasn’t dramatic enough.

But the meat Crocchettone might be the most chaotic thing here. It’s a slow-cooked meat croquette stuffed with cheddar sauce and served with truffle honey.

The Pizza Situation Gets Even Wilder

Naturally, the pizzas are leaning fully into indulgence, too.

The Tartufino comes loaded with truffle cream, mushrooms, stracciatella and fresh truffle, which already sounds expensive emotionally. Then there’s the Don Brisket pizza with 24-hour slow-cooked beef brisket, parmesan cream and fried rosemary.

But honestly, the weirdest and most Dubai-coded item is probably the exclusive Caia Pizza.

Why? Because it includes fried chicken, spicy sauce and Chips Oman on pizza.

And somehow, it still sounds like something people will order immediately.

Dessert People Are Going To Lose Their Minds

Caia is handling desserts and drinks during the collaboration.

The Pistachio Lotus dessert combines mascarpone mousse with Lotus crumble and hazelnut sponge, while the tiramisu keeps things classic with Brazilian espresso and cocoa powder.

There’s also a lemon dessert layered with cream, biscuit and citrus coulis for people pretending they want something “light” after eating brisket pizza.

That said, the Tiramisu Affogato might quietly steal attention. Espresso, vanilla gelato and mascarpone together feel unfairly good.

Dubai Loves A Temporary Food Obsession

Naughty Pizza, founded by Bart and Monika Misztal, has already built a loyal crowd in Dubai thanks to its unapologetically fun approach to Italian food.

Meanwhile, Muhsin Badri’s Caia has become one of those cafés that people instantly recommend the second someone asks where to get coffee and dessert.

Putting the two together for only three weeks feels intentional. Dubai diners love limited-time food drops.
