Heathrow is calling for as much as £9 billion in additional early funding from passengers to help finance its third runway project. Lloyds Banking Group is battling two High Court claims over alleged failings in relation to a £1.2 billion lending scam. The claims, which could have broader consequences for how the banking industry works with business customers, have been brought by insolvency practitioners working on the Arena Television collapse.
