Founded by Sarah Nikahetiya, Anurag Dania, Abhishek Mathur and Sagar Garg, Zetu’s menu takes you through dishes like lamprais, hoppers, kiribath and kottu roti, while its cocktail programme is rooted in island flavours like pandan, curry leaf, coconut and Ceylon tea. Book a table if you’re missing your Sri-Lanka vacay days but too busy to fly.
