Steven Polster, Managing Director of Globant’s Media & Entertainment AI Studio, recently shared insights on the company’s AI innovations and industry trends in an interview at the NAB Show. Polster discussed Globant’s focus on creating digitally native products and bridging the gap between businesses and consumers through AI. The company is set to showcase its advancements and future plans at the 2026 NAB Show.

Globant’s AI-Driven Approach

Globant emphasizes leveraging AI to transform media and entertainment, aiming to enhance how organizations connect with their audiences. With over 25 years of experience, Polster specializes in using strategy, operations, and Generative AI to help global media organizations grow by integrating technology, data, and creativity. Globant’s approach involves developing AI-driven products that resonate with consumers, facilitating digital transformation, and improving customer experiences.

NAB Show Presentation

At the NAB Show, Globant will host a session on April 20 at 10:30 a.m. titled “Streaming the World Cup at Scale: Delivering the World’s Biggest Event for a Massive Audience” at the Media and Entertainment Theater. This session will explore the complexities of streaming large-scale events and the technologies required to deliver seamless viewing experiences to massive audiences.

Meeting Opportunities

In addition to their presentation, Globant will host meetings on Saturday at the Wynn/Encore Parlor Meeting Suite. These meetings will provide an opportunity for attendees to discuss potential collaborations and learn more about Globant’s AI-driven solutions for the media and entertainment industry.

Integrating AI for Audience Engagement

Globant focuses on integrating AI to create meaningful audience connections. By using AI-driven strategies for content creation, management, delivery, and monetization, Globant empowers its clients to produce dynamic content and engaging stories.
