Spurs tunnel fashion shines before Game 3 vs. Timberwolves

The Spurs didn’t just bring playoff pressure into Minneapolis on Friday night — they brought tunnel fits that matched the moment.

With the Western Conference semifinal series tied 1-1 against the Timberwolves, San Antonio’s stars arrived at Target Center in a mix of oversized tailoring, streetwear, bold leather, and preppy looks ahead of the 8:30 p.m. tipoff.

Victor Wembanyama arrived in an oversized charcoal-gray suit paired with a cream-colored button-up shirt, leaning into a relaxed runway-inspired look before one of the Spurs’ biggest playoff games in years.

The All-Star center kept accessories minimal, letting the loose tailoring and long silhouette do most of the talking as he walked through the Target Center.

The look continued Wembanyama’s recent playoff tunnel trend of understated luxury and oversized fits.

For the second-year guard, Stephon Castle stayed true to his love for streetwear clothing.

Castle wore a Chrome Hearts long-sleeve crew t-shirt with camouflage pants, layered jewelry, and black sneakers while carrying a black travel bag into the arena. His look balanced casual streetwear with his owner’s swagger.

Devin Vassell may have had the boldest fit of the night.

The Spurs guard arrived in a Sekrit Saints burgundy leather zip-up jacket and red pants paired with a white shirt and silver accessories. He completed the look with his Apple AirPods Max while stepping off the team bus.

The deep red leather stood out immediately against the darker tunnel backdrop and added another statement outfit to Vassell’s growing collection of playoff arrivals.

Meanwhile, De’Aaron Fox kept things more polished and understated.

The veteran point guard wore a dark brown sweater layered over a crisp white collared shirt with loose navy trousers and black dress shoes. He carried a tan leather travel bag while walking into the arena ahead of tipoff.

The fit leaned classic and refined compared to some of the louder tunnel looks around the league.

The Spurs split the first two games of the series in San Antonio and now head into Game 3 looking to steal home-court advantage back from Minnesota. Friday’s matchup marks the first playoff game of the series at Target Center.

For a young Spurs team that has embraced the spotlight all postseason, the tunnel once again became part of the show before the lights came on.
