Maiden Forgings has commissioned a new facility in Uttar Pradesh and plans to expand its iron and steel manufacturing capacity to 62,000 tonnes by November 2026.

Maiden Forgings on Thursday said it plans to expand its iron and steel products manufacturing capacity to 62,000 tonnes by November 2026.

In an exchange filing, the company said it has operationalised a new manufacturing facility at Bhojpur in Uttar Pradesh, taking total capacity to 53,000 tonnes. The company will expand its iron and steel products-making capacity to 62,000 tonnes by November 2026, Maiden Forgings said.

“Operations formally commenced on July 18, 2026. MFL is now working to finalise the remaining phases of consolidation and expand its product portfolio, with further updates to follow in the coming months,” MFL said.

The company did not share any financial details. Maiden Forgings specialises in steel bars, stainless steel bars and all grades of steel wires.
