DHL Supply Chain and Toho Holdings sign MoU to strengthen healthcare logistics in Japan

The two companies will collaborate to enhance manufacturer and clinical trial logistics

DHL Supply Chain Japan, the global leader in contract logistics, and Toho Holdings, one of Japan’s leading pharmaceutical wholesalers, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the development of an advanced healthcare logistics platform in Japan.

This collaboration aims to combine Toho Holdings’ domestic distribution network and expertise in GDP (Good Distribution Practice) with DHL Group’s global logistics network and specialized solutions in the Life Science and Healthcare sector to deliver comprehensive logistics services.

Under this MoU, the two companies will further collaborate to enhance manufacturer and clinical trial logistics, while developing one-stop solutions for pharmaceutical distribution.
