Sarepta Therapeutics (NASDAQ: SRPT) is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing RNA-targeted, siRNA, gene therapy, and other genetic medicines for rare diseases. It is best known for its Duchenne muscular dystrophy portfolio, with four approved products: EXONDYS 51, VYONDYS 53, AMONDYS 45, and ELEVIDYS, while also advancing therapies for LGMD and other neuromuscular and CNS disorders. 

According to our previous US Dailies Report published on ‘SRPT’ on June 18, 2026, Kalkine recommended a ‘Speculative Buy’ stance on the stock at USD 16.96. This recommendation was based on fundamental analysis, and the stock has now surged by 16.69%, trading near the second resistance level.
