There are plenty of high ranking women on Wall Street, in executive role or earning tens of millions of dollars per year. Only one, so far, has ascended to the rank of CEO: Jane Fraser of Citi.
As Jamie Dimon’s time atop JPMorgan comes close to its end, various people, including multiple women, have been linked to replace him. One of the most likely candidates was Marianne Lake, but she recently left JPMorgan in unceremonious fashion.
