Park Regent, Kuala Lumpur condo unit sold for RM2.1m | DONE DEAL

The latest transaction of Park Regent condominiums was recorded in December 2025, with a 2,368.08-sq ft unit built sold for RM5.05 million, translating to RM2,132.53 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As mid-April, based on *98 sale listings of condominiums on EdgeProp at Park Regent, the average asking price was RM4,660,704.08 or RM2,051.50 psf, based on built ups ranging from 872 to 4,446 sq ft. For rentals, there were *31 listings, with an average asking monthly rate of RM10,277.42 or RM6.80 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 872 to 2,723 sq ft.
