The First Floor has launched at One Golden Mile in South Delhi as a new cocktail-led casual dining and nightlife destination. Positioned as an all-day venue, the concept combines dining, cocktails and music-driven nightlife within a single space designed to transition from daytime dining to late-night social experiences.

The bar programme has been developed by Yumit Kumar, also known as Bob, who has previously worked with bars including Sidecar and Naar. The cocktail menu focuses on technique-led mixology and ingredient-driven drinks, while exploring themes around social behaviour and nightlife culture.

Signature cocktails at the venue include The Dealer’s Choice, Yes I Know My Way, The Long Black, Almost There, Fake Orgasm and Another Round. The food menu has been curated by Chef Saurav Bhatnagar and features globally inspired dishes including sushi, gyozas, bar tapas, bowls, grilled plates and sharing-style meals.

The venue includes an outdoor dining section alongside indoor spaces featuring a central bar, live sushi counter, open kitchen and music-focused interiors aimed at evening and late-night audiences.

Located at One Golden Mile, the launch reflects the growing demand for experience-led dining and nightlife concepts in Delhi’s hospitality market.
