All roads lead to Bangkok on 29th April as Travel Daily Media mounts its TDM Global Summit at the Amari Bangkok.
Gathering around 500 of the leading minds in both regional and global travel, tourism, and hospitality, this exclusive invitational event will serve as a platform wherein C-suite leaders can meet up with peers and exchange industrial insights.
As such, the TDM Global Summit enables industry professionals to engage with key players in Thai tourism and hospitality whilst getting a closer look at emergent brands who could change the way the sectors work.
As TDM chief executive Gary Marshal puts it: “The TDM Global Summit is not just another industry event. What sets the TDM Global Summit apart is our unwavering focus on executive leadership. This means a targeted presence of owners, owner representatives, general managers, hotel management companies, and leaders in hotel investment. Together, we will explore transformative strategies, disruptive technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors that are redefining the global travel ecosystem.”
The 2026 TDM Global Summit Bangkok is sponsored in part by Hotelverse and supported by PR Newswire as media partner.
Who’s coming to Bangkok?
This year’s summit kicks off with no less than James Hogan, current chair of Knighthood Global Ltd and former chief executive of Etihad Airways, as keynote speaker.
Joining him is a roster of brilliant industry leaders that includes Wendy Wu Group founder Wendy Wu, AirAsia MOVE CEO Nadia Omer, S Hotels and Resorts chief executive Michael Marshall, and Agoda’s vice-president for corporate development Timothy Hughes.
This year’s discussions will centre on four strategic pillars; namely:
- The engineering of vitality: Redefining longevity, luxury, and legacy in Asia;
- The future of MICE and sustainable connectivity;
- The tech revolution: Battle of the Titans; and
- Leadership and human capital: The retention revolution.
Aside from nine topical presentations and four panel discussions, the event also highlights the expanding role of women throughout the industry with lunch-hour roundtables with the founding members of Inspiring Women in Travel Asia (IWTA).
