Etihad Guest has partnered with Bangkok Airways’ FlyerBonus programme, enabling members to claim rewards across both carriers’ networks.

Members of Etihad Guest can now redeem miles across Bangkok Airways’ Southeast Asia network, including Samui in Thailand, Siem Reap in Cambodia and Luang Prabang in Laos. Likewise, FlyerBonus members can redeem points across Etihad Airways’ network via Abu Dhabi, including destinations such as Palma de Mallorca in Spain, Krakow in Poland and Salalah in Oman.

Beyond flights and cabin upgrades, Etihad Guest Miles can also be redeemed for hotels, holidays and retail purchases.

Mark Potter, Managing Director of Etihad Guest, said, “Thailand is one of our most valued and in-demand markets. This partnership gives our members seamless access to some of the region’s most desirable destinations while redeeming Etihad Guest Miles along the way.”

Etihad currently operates flights to four cities in Thailand, including Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi and Chiang Mai. Bangkok remains one of the carrier’s most popular routes, operating six daily flights. From October 2026, Etihad will introduce its A380 aircraft on evening services to the Thai capital, increasing capacity ahead of the peak winter travel season.

The aircraft will accommodate 486 passengers across Etihad’s four-class configuration, including The Residence suite, First, Business and Economy cabins.

Etihad Guest is also offering up to 10% discounts on Promo fares for Gold, Platinum and Emerald members.
