Dubai, UAE – Real estate transactions in Dubai recorded, during last week’s transactions, more than 9.53 billion dirhams through the implementation of 3,921 transactions. It included sales worth 6.66 billion dirhams.
Real estate sales were distributed as follows: 2,632 sales of residential units, 148 sales of buildings, 162 sales of land, and a total of 2,942 transactions.
Sales of ready-made properties amounted to about 3.18 billion dirhams through the implementation of 950 deals, distributed as follows: 716 transactions for residential units. 72 transactions for buildings, and 162 transactions for land. While real estate sales on the map recorded about 3.48 billion dirhams across 1992 deals. Divided into 1916 residential unit transactions and 76 building transactions.
The mortgage recorded 855 transactions, worth 2.35 billion dirhams, distributed as follows: 510 transactions for residential units, 116 transactions for buildings, and 229 transactions for land.
The value of the donations amounted to approximately 528.82 million dirhams, with 124 transactions distributed across 97 residential unit transactions. Nine transactions were for buildings and 18 transactions were for land.
During last week’s trading, the real estate market in Dubai witnessed the implementation of a deal to sell a luxury residential apartment “on the map” worth 166.07 million dirhams in the second Jumeirah area. This reflects the continued strong demand for luxury real estate in the emirate.
In terms of daily performance, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded, on Friday, about 988.37 million dirhams. After executing 497 deals, including sales worth AED 800.9 million. The value of mortgages amounted to 172.47 million dirhams, while gifts amounted to 15 million dirhams.
