A video of the aftermath has surfaced.
Russia’s Saratov was attacked at night by unknown drones. Local blogs reported that an oil refinery was hit, although the authorities officially said that “civilian infrastructure” was damaged.

Russian media correspondents and eyewitnesses of the emergency leaked footage of the attack and its aftermath to the network, which shows flames, fire and smoke.
