adidas Places Cracked Leather Trim on these “Pink Fusion” Sambas

The good times continue to roll for the adidas Samba. Once a straightforward football trainer before becoming one of the defining terrace icons of the past few years, the silhouette remains a mainstay in 2026 — and with the World Cup now mere moments away, its presence is only set to grow stronger. For its next act, adidas is adding a brighter seasonal option to the mix with the upcoming adidas Samba “Pink Fusion.”

The new colorway keeps the Samba’s familiar low-profile shape intact, but shifts the mood with a vivid pink suede upper. The shade lands across the toe, quarter panels, eyestay, and heel, giving the model a softer summer-ready feel while still holding onto its classic football roots. Cream laces and a matching tongue help break up the color, while gold “Samba” branding appears along the lateral side for a familiar finish.

The key details come through the Three Stripes and heel tab, both of which arrive in cracked-cream leather. The distressed finish adds texture against the smooth pink suede, giving the pair a slightly aged feel without pushing too far into vintage styling. Underfoot, a gum rubber sole completes the look, tying the pair back to the Samba’s original indoor football DNA.

While adidas has continued to experiment with the Samba through collaborations, premium materials, and countless color updates, the “Pink Fusion” pair feels like an easy warm-weather entry point. It is bright without being overdone, playful without losing the simplicity that has helped the model stay in heavy rotation.

The adidas Samba “Pink Fusion” is expected to release in Summer 2026 via adidas.com and select retailers.
