OSIM Indonesia Introduces an AI-Powered Luxury Wellness Experience Through OSIM uDream.AI – OBSERVER

Jakarta, IO – As awareness of mental well-being continues to rise, global studies increasingly highlight elevated stress levels among urban populations amid the complexities of modern living. The demands of daily life, constant exposure to stress, and limited time for rest have made quality relaxation increasingly elusive. In this context, relaxation is no longer a mere indulgence, but an essential ritual for maintaining the balance of body and mind, driving demand for practical, accessible wellness solutions at home.

Responding to this shift, OSIM introduces OSIM uDream.AI, an intelligent massage chair powered by artificial intelligence, designed to deliver a personalized and adaptive luxury wellness experience in the comfort of home. The product was officially launched on 21 April 2026 at the OSIM Store, Plaza Indonesia.

“The OSIM uDream.AI seamlessly integrates AI technology with a multi-sensory, five-senses approach, encompassing touch, visual, audio, and scent to create an immersive and deeply personalized relaxation experience. Through real-time stress detection, the system intuitively adapts each massage session to the body’s specific needs, ensuring a precise and tailored experience,” said Deputy CEO of OSIM International Pte.Ltd, Lynn Tan, on Tuesday (21/4/2026).

Brand & Operation Manager of OSIM Indonesia, Raynaldo Hasan, explained that the uDream.AI massage chair delivers a personalized and holistic relaxation experience. “OSIM uDream.AI is more than just a massage chair, it is a complete relaxation experience that seamlessly integrates advanced technology, global expertise, and premium design. It is crafted to help users feel more refreshed, reduce stress, and enjoy better quality sleep,” he said.

Inspired by Techniques from Three World-Class Massage Masters

OSIM uDream.AI incorporates massage techniques from three world-renowned masters, Khun Pie (Thai Massage), Sato Tsuyoshi (Japanese Shiatsu), and Liu Yu Cheng (Tui Na), carefully designed to relieve muscle tension and enhance blood circulation. By combining these expert techniques with AI-based stress monitoring, the chair introduces a more intuitive, personalized, and data-driven approach to relaxation.

The Thai Massage technique is developed in collaboration with Khun Pie, a certified therapist instructor with over 20 years of experience in the spa industry. The Japanese Shiatsu technique is developed by Sato Tsuyoshi, a chiropractic expert with more than 25 years of experience. Complementing these approaches, the Tui Na technique from China is developed by Liu Yu Cheng, a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with over 17 years of experience, specializing in therapies for acute and chronic pain, as well as musculoskeletal conditions.

OSIM uDream.AI is further enhanced with photoplethysmography technology by Binah.ai, enabling more precise stress monitoring. Using its camera, the system captures subtle changes in facial blood vessels to measure key vital indicators—including heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), allowing for accurate evaluation of the user’s stress index. These insights are then used to personalize each massage session.

Equipped with V-Hand® Pro+ and 4-Hand® Pro+ systems, the chair is capable of replicating professional massage techniques with exceptional precision. Additional features such as adaptive shoulder airbags, head support, and body and leg warmth technologies further enhance a relaxation experience that is both comfortable and effective.

Global Collaborations Elevate the Multi-Sensory Experience

The OSIM uDream.AI experience is further enriched through collaborations with leading international brands. Premium acoustic technology by Devialet delivers immersive sound quality, while lighting innovation by SensorTech, developed in collaboration with physicist Anadi Martel, creates a calming visual atmosphere.

In terms of scent, OSIM uDream.AI features Scent Pods by dsm-firmenic, a company behind fragrances for numerous global luxury brands, offering a deeper and more holistic sensory experience.

From a design perspective, OSIM uDream.AI stands as a premium interior piece inspired by the Golden Ratio, delivering an elegant aesthetic balance. Its curved, semi-enclosed form creates a comfortable and private space, while the jade green and moonstone grey color palette enhances a calm yet modern ambiance, allowing it to blend seamlessly with a variety of interior styles.

In line with OSIM’s commitment to innovation in wellness, OSIM uDream.AI is thoughtfully designed to integrate technology, comfort, and aesthetics into a unified and elevated relaxation experience.

“OSIM uDream.AI is designed as a premium relaxation solution that not only focuses on physical recovery, but also delivers a holistic experience for the mind and emotions,” Raynaldo concluded. (est)
