In an interview with China Daily, Karlis Eihenbaums, ambassador of Latvia to China, said that the country has made remarkable progress in the field of modern technology.
“Everywhere, I saw high standards and high achievements,” Eihenbaums said during the “Diplomatic envoys face to face with Sinochem Holdings” event, co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on April 16.
He added that he was proud to see well-known European brands working with Chinese partners to supply the machinery and equipment essential for manufacturing high-quality products.
