This summer, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong invites guests to embrace al fresco dining at its outdoor terrace with the launch of a new Evening Snacks Menu at Pool Terrace, available daily from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Overlooking Victoria Harbour and framed by Central’s soaring skyline, the Pool Terrace sets the scene for relaxed sunset gatherings, after-work drinks, and romantic date nights, offering a refreshing new way to experience summer in the city.

Summer Evenings by the Pool Terrace

As golden hour fades into the evening skyline, the Pool Terrace becomes an outdoor dining destination overlooking Victoria Harbour and Central’s illuminated towers. The open-air space offers a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for conversations and dining under the stars.

The newly launched evening menu features vibrant, shareable dishes crafted for summer enjoyment. Highlights include the Okonomiyaki Pancake (HKD 218) with blue prawn, calamari and mussels topped with bonito flakes; Pan-Seared Salmon Cube (HKD 378) with black sesame, asparagus and caper herb sauce; and Grilled Octopus Souvlaki (HKD 318) with Kalamata olives, feta and lemon-garlic vinaigrette, adding a Mediterranean touch to the harbourfront setting.

For a sweet finish, guests can indulge in a vodka-infused Frozen Lemon (HKD 160) or Homemade Cinnamon Churros (HKD 160) served with vanilla ice cream, dulce de leche and dark chocolate.

Complementing the menu is the “101 Days of Summer” build-your-own Summer Sangria (HKD 388—choice of red, white or rosé). A measured pour of cognac lends the classic blend a smoother, more rounded finish, before guests dial the fruitiness to their own taste with fresh lemon, apple, strawberries and mint. It is a refreshing ritual designed for long, balmy evenings on the terrace.

From sunset through late evening, the Pool Terrace captures the essence of summer in the city — vibrant, sociable and effortlessly refined, with Victoria Harbour as its dazzling backdrop.

Prices are subject to 10 percent service charge.
