Dear Sir,
In compliance of Regulation No. 5.6.1 (a)(xii) of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. We have to inform you that Mr. Saeed Hussain has resigned from the post of Head of Internal Audit of the Company.
Further, the appointment of head of Internal Audit shall be communicated to the Exchange in due course upon completion of the necessary formalities.
