Diler, one of Türkiye’s well-established industrial companies, brought its advanced technology and sustainability-focused production approach together with a strong and diversified product portfolio to international industry representatives at Wire & Tube Düsseldorf 2026, one of the most prestigious global gatherings of the wire and cable industry.

Pioneering sustainable steel production with its scrap-based model, Diler Demir Çelik uses over 90% recycled raw materials in its production processes. Operating at its modern facilities in Dilovası, Kocaeli, the company has an annual steelmaking capacity of 1.3 million tons and a bar & spooled rolling capacity of 1.05 million tons, supported by a 450,000-ton wire rod production capacity, offering a strong and integrated production infrastructure. In addition, its renewable energy investment, which meets 50% of the energy needs of its wire rod facilities, further strengthens its commitment to sustainable production.

The DNA PC Strand facility, operating under Diler, is positioned in the high value-added segment with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of prestressed concrete strand and 10,000 tons of concrete wire. Meanwhile, Yazıcı Demir Çelik, located in İskenderun, complements the group’s production strength with an integrated steelmaking and rolling structure and an annual billet production capacity of approximately 1 million tons.

Diler manages all processes from steel production to final products within an integrated structure, maintaining continuous production with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainability. In addition to billet, rebar, wire rod, ribbed coil, and cold-drawn wire products, the company offers prestressed concrete wire and strand solutions under the DNA PC Strand brand, providing a wide product range. This strong product diversity enables Diler to serve various strategic sectors, including construction, automotive, infrastructure projects, and energy investments.

Diler’s technological strength is supported by advanced automation systems, digital traceability solutions, and modern production technologies used across its operations. While continuously improving operational efficiency through an innovation-driven approach, the company also enhances its sustainable production performance through energy efficiency, effective resource utilization, and emission reduction practices. With its ongoing investments and transformation efforts aligned with low-carbon production targets, Diler continues to contribute to a more sustainable and competitive future for the steel industry.
