LAHORE: The second day of the Pakistan Chemical Forum Expo 2026 at the Expo Centre Lahore proved to be a landmark occasion for the country’s industrial sector, as foreign investors and business leaders expressed strong interest in joint ventures and investment partnerships with Pakistani companies.

The expo, featuring hundreds of stalls displaying industrial chemicals, raw materials, advanced machinery, and cutting-edge technologies, attracted participation from major cities across Pakistan, transforming the gathering into a nationwide industrial platform. Foreign delegates described Pakistan’s chemical sector as an emerging and promising market, highlighting opportunities in specialty chemicals, value-added products, and industrial processing.

Chairman B2B Media Moazzam Rasheed and Coating Association Chairman Iftikhar Bashir emphasized that global-standard exhibitions of this nature are vital for promoting local industries and strengthening international collaboration. Specialized segments, including PakChem Expo, Pakistan Coating Show, and PakLab Expo, further enriched the event by offering targeted networking and business expansion opportunities.

International participants observed that Pakistan’s strategic location, skilled workforce, and industrial capacity could position the country as a significant manufacturing hub in the region, provided there is policy consistency and an improved business environment. Several foreign companies also initiated preliminary discussions with local partners, signaling encouraging prospects for future collaboration.
