The new-look FaZe lineup has struggled to hit the ground running in Guangzhou at XSE Pro League.
FaZe were felled in their first match by TYLOO and now have their backs against the wall after losing a second best-of-one to MIBR.
FaZe v. MIBR was contested on Ancient, where MIBR started 7-2 up on the T side thanks to thirteen first-half frags from Felipe “insani” Yuji.
FaZe cut the lead to 7-5 at halftime but that’s as close as they would get. MIBR took control in their defensive half, surrendering just a single round to beat FaZe 13-6.
FaZe now face an elimination best-of-three at XSE Pro League Guangzhou tomorrow.
