Move Over, Cronuts! Dubai’s Now Obsessed With The Bragel & Here’s Where You Can Buy It!

Just when people thought Dubai had probably reached peak food-trend madness, another bakery hybrid has entered the chat. It’s called the Bragel. And yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like: part brioche, part bagel. Circle Café has officially launched the new creation across its Dubai branches, giving carb lovers something to relish for the next few weeks.

Dubai’s Latest Bakery Obsession Is A Brioche-Bagel Hybrid Called Bragel

You get the soft, buttery texture of brioche mixed with the chewy bite of a bagel. Basically, less aggressive than a normal bagel but still filling enough to feel like a proper snack.

Sweet Or Savoury? The Bragel Refuses To Pick A Side

The café’s launch menu includes eight different flavours, which means indecisive people are going to struggle a little.

Some options lean savoury, like the Jalapeño Cheese version or the Caramelised Onion Bragel paired with bacon jam. There’s Blueberry, Cinnamon Raisin and Nutella Hazelnut for people who believe bread should taste slightly dangerous with coffee. Also, prices start from AED 20 depending on the flavour, which honestly feels fairly reasonable by Dubai café standards these days.

For many foodies, the bigger problem will probably be deciding whether to order one or immediately regret not trying three.

Circle Café Is Turning The Bragel Into Dubai’s Latest Food Hunt

The Bragels are already available across all Circle Café locations in Dubai, so spotting one on social media is probably about to become unavoidable.

Branches in DIFC, Kite Beach, Dubai Media City, Dubai Studio City and Arabian Ranches 3 are all serving them now.

And because Dubai residents love turning snacks into trends online, the Bragel already feels like it was designed for TikTok and Instagram without even trying too hard.

That said, unlike some viral food trends that look better than they taste, this one sounds genuinely comforting.

Warm bread, creamy fillings and slight chewiness with Coffee on the side. I don’t think anybody’s fighting that combination.
