Delhi HC takes on record Kejriwal’s additional affidavit in judge recusal plea

The Delhi High Court on Thursday agreed to take on record former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s additional affidavit in his plea seeking recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma from hearing the excise policy case.

Justice Sharma directed the court registry to take the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief’s affidavit on record. Mr. Kejriwal appeared before the court via videoconferencing.
