Thailand’s Chandler Mori Hamada has brought back Siregran (Gahn) Sakuliampaiboon and Disaphon Kevin Saengpetch from Weerawong Chinnavat & Partners (Weerawong C&P) in the Bangkok office.
Sakuliampaiboon is a partner in the firm’s corporate and M&A practice, effective 5 May 2026, and Saengpetch is a counsel in the banking and finance practice, who began his role on 16 April 2026.
“We continue to be strategic in our hires, particularly where such hires provide us with the opportunity to enhance our market leading teams,” Chandler Mori Hamada co-managing partner V Joseph Tisuthiwongse told Asia Business Law Journal.
Sakuliampaiboon previously spent four years at Chandler Mori Hamada as a senior associate before joining Weerawong C&P, where she spent four years and most recently served as a partner.
Her M&A expertise covers the establishment of businesses in Thailand, corporate structuring, and corporate management and control focusing on cross-border transactions.
Saengpetch spent more than two years at Weerawong C&P and specialises in project finance, acquisition finance, asset finance, capital markets and M&A.
