Seven people are dead and 15 others injured after a 14-year-old student opened fire at a school outside Bangkok, Thailand. Police say the teen first killed his grandparents at their home before going to the school, where he killed teachers and staff before dying at the scene. Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said the gun belonged to the teen’s grandfather and was legally registered, adding, “He intentionally came to school today to commit this unfortunate case.”
