May 18, 2026 (New Delhi, India) — Piccadily Distillery has once again delivered a historic defining moment for Indian spirits on the global stage, securing top honors in two of the world’s most prestigious competitions and reinforcing its position at the forefront of India’s premiumization movement.

At the London Spirits Competition 2026, Piccadily’s portfolio delivered standout performances, including:

  • Indri Agneya awarded an exceptional 95 points and crowned “Indian Single Malt Whisky of the Year,” the competition’s highest distinction
  • Cashmir Vodka achieved an outstanding 96 points – Double Gold, placing it among the highest-scoring spirits in its category and highlighting the distillery’s ability to excel beyond whisky.

Building on this momentum, Piccadily delivered a clean sweep at the Asian Spirits Masters 2026, securing Master Awards, the competition’s highest honors, for Indri Trini Single Malt, Indri Dru Single Malt, and Camikara Rum 8-Year-Old. Further strengthening this stellar performance, Camikara Rum 3-Year-Old was also awarded a Gold Medal, underscoring Piccadilly’s depth of excellence across its rum portfolio. This rare cross-category dominance highlights an exceptional level of craftsmanship and consistency—an achievement seldom seen from a single distillery, particularly in a market as dynamic and competitive as India.

“These accolades mark a shift in global perception,” says Shalini Sharma, Head of Marketing, Piccadily Distillery. “Piccadily isn’t just competing; we’re setting new benchmarks. Across whisky, rum and vodka, our portfolio showcases the depth, quality and innovation of Indian spirits. This recognition reinforces our belief that India is ready to lead the global stage. We’re proud to represent India and redefine how the world experiences its spirits.”

At a time when global consumers are increasingly seeking authenticity, provenance, and innovation, Piccadily’s award-winning expressions are helping position India as a serious contender in the premium spirits landscape. With every accolade, Piccadily is not just winning medals—it is making India shine brighter, challenging conventions and stunning the world with what Indian spirits can truly achieve.
