May 8 (Reuters) – Indian shares are expected to open flat on Friday as higher oil prices after U.S.-Iran exchanges in the Middle East dented hopes of a near-term resolution to the conflict.
GIFT Nifty futures were trading at 24,276, as of 08:37 a.m. IST, indicating the Nifty 50 is likely to open slightly below its Thursday close of 24,326.65.
