India Can Become Global Nuclear Leader, But Reforms And International Collaboration Needed, Say Report

India has the opportunity to become a global nuclear leader and help reach its long-term net-zero emissions target, but will need further reforms, financial innovation and international collaboration to get there, a report by business consultancy KPMG says.
