Lexster Law LLP is a New Delhi-based commercial dispute resolution and arbitration boutique firm representing Indian and multinational clients in complex, high-stakes contentious matters. Founded in 2020, the firm has quickly built a reputation for strategic rigour and decisive advocacy in every mandate. Lexster’s litigation and arbitration teams act across commercial, criminal, and regulatory regimes, handling domestic and international arbitrations alongside multi-forum litigation including appearance before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts pan India. The team is regularly instructed in disputes involving government and PSU counterparties, cross-border concession and EPC frameworks, financing and security enforcement, and energy and infrastructure projects.
Its operating model is intentionally selective, limiting mandates to ensure that experienced partners and senior lawyers remain closely involved in strategy, preparation, and courtroom advocacy throughout the lifecycle of each dispute whether requiring early resolution, urgent interim relief, or full trial and enforcement.
Dispute Resolution Capabilities
The firm’s arbitration practice spans domestic and international proceedings across construction and engineering, energy, mining, finance, technology, and real estate, with particular depth in EPC, BOT/BOOT, concession, and O&M disputes. Recent mandates range from US$12 million to US$750 million, with seats including Bengaluru, Doha, Dubai, Johannesburg, Kigali, London, Maputo, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Singapore under ICC, SIAC, and KIAC rules. Team members also serve as Tribunal Secretary in arbitrations exceeding US$1 billion.
The firm also handles complex commercial litigation, company law and insolvency proceedings, white-collar defence, IP disputes, real estate litigation, and regulatory investigations. Lexster was a Gold Sponsor and host of a flagship panel at Dubai Arbitration Week 2025 and also hosted a panel at India ADR Week 2025.
